• Disclaimer: The Portal is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Portal will meet your requirements, be error-free, or operate without interruption.
• Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Trademark DME shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Portal.
